We compiled a brief report/recommendation to the NYCDOT that is available at the link below. The success of the expansion into the 5 and 7 neighborhoods will depend on the planned installations of the bike stations and docks based on demographic characteristics, age, proximity to different facilities.....Great work by NYCDOT for the community.
